Some things find you exactly when you need them most.

After a fulfilling career in Montessori education, I was navigating one of the most challenging seasons of my life — two and a half years of rehabilitation following a serious injury that left my right arm paralyzed for six months. Unable to return to teaching due to continued nerve damage, unable to write or type for extended periods, I found myself at a crossroads, wondering what was next.

That's when Goodness Remedies came into my life.

I am Christina Sutter, and I am honored to continue the legacy of this beloved wellness brand, now based in Scituate, Massachusetts. I was personally trained by — and continue to be mentored by — Nancy Engel, founder of Goodness Remedies and a renowned Medical Aromatherapist who studied in the South of France and built this award-winning business over 25 years. Nancy has since retired and relocated to Costa Rica, passing the torch to me with deep care and trust.

At Goodness Remedies, I handcraft every product in small batches using Nancy's original formulas, rooted in the tradition of French herbal medicine and designed for true healing. All of our lavender comes from Provence, France. Every essential oil is organic and therapeutic-grade, sourced from small, independent distilleries around the world — a list of suppliers curated over 40 years.

My work is also infused with intention and healing energy from my background in Reiki and astrology through Balanced Living Pathways, bringing together science, spirit, and soul in every remedy.

It is my joy — and my honor — to continue offering the wellness products you love with the same heart, the same integrity, and a fresh commitment to serve you and your family well.
